Attendance & Group Details

The final, absolute number of attendees must be submitted with full names, phone numbers, and unique email addresses exactly one week prior to your scheduled party execution timeline profiles.

Credit Card Validation Requirement: A safe, secure credit card capture authorization link is Required for Each Individual Attendee to secure and anchor their personal treatment slot inside your private window profile.

Cancellation Parameters

A strict one week formal notice parameter profile is mandatory for any cancellations. Short notice late timeline adjustments will automatically invoke cancellation assessment processing fees evaluated at $50 Per Person or $500 Whichever Value Is Less.

Individual No-Shows: Separate individual attendee guest no-shows on the true calendar day of your scheduled event will instantly incur a standard $50 direct charge per person.
